Its architectural style is traditional from the 18th century and typical of rural houses. The main building has two floors with a staircase with a corridor or balcony to access the upper floor where there are two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom. Both the floor and the ceiling are made of wood and the furniture is old and of family heritage, except for the necessary acquisitions.
On the ground floor is the dining room and living room, also furnished
with family heritage furniture restored by ourselves. The inner patio, the kitchen, a second bathroom which includes a washing machine and a storage room for the use of housekeeping staff , complete the ground floor.
Casa Grande occupies a ground of about 200m2, of which 130 m2 are built , an outdoor patio of about 50m2 of chasnera paving slab and a covered porch of about 25m2 which includes a barbecue. At the end of the porch there is a screen that separates and gives privacy to both accommodation units.
The house has an outdoor parking place for three cars shared with Casita del Jardin.
